Pete Coombs is never far from the mountains. He's led expeditions across the globe. Such as horse riding in the high Tian Shan Mountains of Central Asia, a summer leading climbs up Kilimanjaro and an unsupported hike across Ammassalik Island in Greenland.
Pete Coombs was one of the first British snowboard instructors, and once rode a mule up Jebel Toubkal, Morocco, only to snowboarded back down.
Pete is a regular contributor to all the main adventure travel magazines and websites as well as being the founding member of 'The Grizzly Splitboard Club'.
Pete's film on splitboarding in Iceland 'The First Day of Summer' was a finalist at many major international adventure film festivals.
